Carnival de Limoux 2010 Special 
The longest carnival in the world, over twelve weeks from the 10th january until late march or the beginning of April depending when Easter falls, comprising :

- Day 1 (TBC) : Arrival Thursday Afernoon 
Welcome and Allocation of rooms, Welcome Drink, Evening Meal 
* Optional - A visit to a local producer of Blanquette de Limoux the oldest bubbly in the world, ideal if you arrival is before 2pm 
Dinner of Regional / Local Specialities 
Night at the hotel

- Day 2 Friday morning 
Continental Breakfast 
½ Day Local Market 
12:30hrs Light Lunch 
½ Day Cookery Class, Evening Meal tasting the meals you have prepared. 
Night at hotel

- Day 3 Saturday 
Day of Carnivals at 11am, 5pm and 10pm torchlight processions 
Breakfast buffet 
Free time to lunch around the town square 
Tasting Menu of six sittings of locally sourced and produced food with local wines 
Night at hotel 

- Day 4 Sunday morning 
Breakfast buffet 
11am payment of any extras 
Not included are extras, tips, drink/s except those included with the Friday lunch and Saturday evening meals 
Price includes tourist/hotel and all local taxes. 
Take away a Preserving Jar of Foie Gras produced in our kitchen, group visit to hear the bands. 
Sunday on the Square, themed costumes of different clubs and associations. 
Stay of 4 Days /3 Nights 395 Euros per quest on the basis of two sharing a room all taxes included
